The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room serves as both a museum and a communal room for celebrations with up to 50 people. Use of the communal room is subject to a fee and must always be requested and agreed upon in advance. Additionally, there is a communal room for 24 people with a fireplace and television available for a fee. The holiday apartment is not suitable for residential groups. With a diameter of six meters, the waterwheel is the largest in northern Germany. A garden sauna with a bathing barrel is available. The property is enclosed with a fence and the stream. You can reach the bivouac site via a suspension bridge. The house is located directly on the stream, which is called Strom. Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.
