Welcome to "Haus Rosengarten", your stylish vacation domicile on the beautiful Moselle!
This exclusive accommodation is perfect for an all-round relaxing trip for two, with the family, or a small group (bachelor/bachelorette parties and parties are not allowed, however).
The house extends over a generous 240 square meters of living space. It has a fireplace for cozy warm winter evenings and a large garden with gas grill for the sunny days of the year. The lovingly landscaped garden is home to over 20 different types of roses and the terrace of over 30 square meters including garden furniture invites you to linger.
In the cold season there is wood ready for you to use the fireplace.
In the warm season we ask to clean the grill after use.
Your accommodation is also ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours along the Moselle, Ruwer or Saar as well as for exploring the Roman city center of Trier or many other great destinations in the area (Eifel, Hunsrück, Luxembourg,...).
The entire house is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and is located in an extremely quiet location.
All beds are extremely comfortable. To relax you can use the cozy living room and for a common meal or game night, there is a large table with enough space in the dining area as well as in the kitchen. In the first bathroom there is a shower and in the second bathroom a bathtub, which invites you to relax.
In the upper living area of the house is the large living room (50sqm), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. (Only if needed, the private bedroom would be additionally available here after consultation).
One floor below - in the bright souteraine with large daylight windows - there are two more bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with a comfortable sofa bed), a second bathroom and the sauna.
The sauna can fit 3 adults. There is an additional fee for this to cover the resulting increased electricity costs.
The hosts' private bedroom, as well as the practice room, remain the only rooms locked. If needed, the hosts' bedroom could be rented out additionally, but this would have to be discussed in advance. Please feel free to contact us.
A final cleaning is already included in the price.
