Positive: The location is really good, quiet place. Leoben is a small town so you can reach many places walking. There is also supermarket and bowling close to the hotel.

Negative: Breakfast I think it is a bit expansive to what it offers. Cutlery and pans could be offered individually. The same applies for cups.
