The apartment is located with a large balcony facing south and with a direct view of the confluence of the black and the white Lofer Creek (20m air line).
The views are all taken from the balcony of the apartment. You can see that the view is undisturbed at first over the Lofer and then on over meadows and pastures to the mountains.
In addition to the bright windows and the balcony to the south, the large living room has another window facing West. The bed is 180x200cm (Queen Size) and has new slats and new mattresses (hardness H2 and H3).
