The cozy apartment "Harzer Schøllchen" is suitable for families (2 adults, 2 children) or couples and was renovated in 2019 and nicely furnished. Here the owners go on vacation themselves, so everything is personal and well-kept and is regularly checked and replaced if necessary (dishes ;-).
On 45m² you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and loft bed. The mattresses are new. In the bright living room there is a huge cuddly couch, television and access to the balcony. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a small washing machine. The kitchen is a full room with a dining area, the kitchen itself is brand new from March 2019 with a dishwasher, oven and everything that goes with it. The view is unobstructed, you look directly at the ski meadow and in the distance at the Mathias-Schmidt-Berg with summer toboggan run. The balcony is equipped with 2 chairs and a small table.

A garage, which is only suitable for motorcycles and bicycles, is located directly under the apartment, larger cars can be parked on the street for free.

The "Harzer Schøllchen" is ideally located on the edge of Andreasberg, numerous hiking trails start here, the toboggan run or in winter the tube lift and in summer the climbing park is right in front of the house. Despite the quiet location, the Nahkauf market and the city center can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The spa park with a tourist. The information and café are opposite the apartment, and it is also a stone's throw from the Samson pit and the national park house, mini golf, Harzer Roller Museum and the churches. It takes about half an hour to walk to the Glockenberg, to the free beer source and to the summer toboggan run. The hiking trails (blue, black and red) start on the street corner. The observatory is also within walking distance and a highlight. If you are interested in astronomy, please check the stargazing dates online before you go on vacation.
