Summary: The room was clean and had just been remodeled, which was nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. In the bathroom, there was an extra room that looked like it wasn’t fully remodeled yet, which felt incomplete. The service was disappointing—staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a lot of waiting time for even simple requests. While the room itself was updated, the overall hotel felt old and outdated, not modern or inviting. Not the best experience for the price.
