A newly built apartment in a central location with a separate entrance, with adjacent parking and all the comforts are available for rent from us. The apartment is lovingly furnished for 2 people. The small living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen is well stocked with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The laundry package, consisting of towels and bed linen, is included in this apartment. You will find everything ready upon arrival and can only enjoy your stay.
Rositz is located in the Altenburger Land in eastern Thuringia and has almost 3,000 inhabitants. The federal road 180 runs through the municipality, which guarantees a fast connection in the region of Central Germany. Cities like Altenburg (6km), Gera (38km), Zwickau (43km), Leipzig (46km), Jena (75km) or Dresden (130km) can be reached quickly. The apartment was newly built in 2017.
