This fully renovated family holiday home is everything you need for the quiet getaway, to relax and unwind. Great size lounge with smart TV, Foxtel, Netflix, etc, DVD's, book shelf with loads for books for quiet reading time, as you lap up the sun down the beach. Beautifully renovated kitchen with stone bench tops, plumbed fridge, coffee machine, electric coking, microwave, dishwasher and even an air fryer. Large 8 seater dining table for all to catch up and enjoy a meal after a busy day of fun and entertaining. Three bedrooms, family bathroom, split system, evaporative cooling throughout, small outdoor entertaining area along with BBQ and fish cleaning table. Enough room to park the car, boat or jet ski. Fully fenced and secure for the kids to run around.
Glimpses of Arthurs Seat in the distance and a relaxing stroll to the beach, cafes and shops. With an abundance of wineries on the Mornington Peninsula with just a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is only minutes away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 5 minute drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
