This elegant four bedroom holiday home has been designed to deliver effortless day to day living with terrific alfresco entertaining, stunning presentation both inside and out along with picturesque views of Arthurs Seat.
The upper floor with spacious open plan living incorporates a modern, well-equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooking, meals area with table and chairs and lounge with split system. Semi enclosed alfresco entertaining adds another dimension for a little added living for the big kids or BBQ’ing on those warm summer nights with access to downstairs. Two bedrooms, family bathroom – upstairs and two bedrooms together with second bathroom, full laundry and access to the rear yard – downstairs. Ideal for two families with separate sleeping areas.
Impressive, established landscaping boasts private hedging, manicured lawns, rainwater tank and sand pit for the kids to play. A truly divine home with a wonderful friendly, light and airy atmosphere that combines tasteful design and faultless presentation for the perfect coastal escape.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 5 minutes drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your credit card
