Positive: This was indeed a little gem hidden between rolling hills with am amazing mountain view from the living room. The property is immaculately clean, warm and cosy, modern inside and excellent powerful shower ( was a blessing after a day on the slope) The hosts were amazing....very friendly and helpful, though discreet and not intrusive. They offered frsh , organic milk and eggs from.the farm ,which my teenage children appreciated a lot, this alongside with a bakery service provided was excellent way to start the day. We also got a surprise Christmas gift , a box full of goodies...local organic products: cheeses, ham, sausages and honey...all the best quality Overall we had an excellent stay and would absolutely love to return.

Negative: I can't think of anything we did not like. For us was perfect , we had a car and had the option to choose between different ski lifts...which was perfect as location is right in the middle of at least 2 large ski areas Bramberg and Kitzbuhel . Not sure how is without a car...though we saw a ski bus running...
