Your apartment is in an excellent location. At 1300 m altitude on the Pass Thurn between Kitzbühel and Mittersill, directly at the middle station of the Panoramabahn in the Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area. You really only have to walk 10 m from the house to the gondola, and after skiing you can go straight to the terrace.
The apartment is high quality and modern. Vacation from the start. A private underground parking space is waiting for you. There is a lockable locker for your ski equipment. Real wood planks exude alpine charm in the apartment, which also emanates from the outside of the house. A fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a modern and clean shower room and a terrace with a view of the Hohe Tauern mountains invite you to breakfast in summer. You can of course have the rolls delivered by Berni's bread service.
In the house itself (mooralm winter season) and in the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, so that breakfast or lunch / dinner outside of the house is also possible.
In summer you have endless leisure and relaxation opportunities. The hiking trails in the Kitzbüheler Alpen cover 1000 kilometers. Of course, you can also get in right here at the house as well as for a breathtaking mountain bike tour. With the Schwarzsee in Reith bei Kitzbühel and the Weißsee in Uttendorf, two beautiful swimming lakes can be reached in 15 minutes. The natural swimming lake in Hollersbach is even closer. It is located directly at the valley station of the Panoramabahn, and is therefore not only easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by gondola.
Do you prefer to play golf? There are 5 golf courses within a 20 minute radius.
The situation in winter is even more magnificent. If you step out of the house, it is pretty much 10 m to the middle station of the Panoramabahn. You are in the Kitzski area, the Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area. This was recognized in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 as the best ski area in the world. Well-groomed slopes, many rustic huts await you. Conquer the legendary Streif in Kitzbühel? No problem. You can also reach them on skis. If you miss the après-ski time in Kitzbühel: The ski bus runs from Kitzbühel to the front of the house.
